They can customize firmware (SMB/NFS/DLNA, mobile backup, etc.), preinstall drives, and handle DDP shipments to India. Your price target of ₹6,000–₹7,000 (around $70–$85) will be tight for a 1-bay NAS with a 2TB NAS-grade HDD included, but it may be feasible at scale with simplified plastic chassis tooling and Realtek-based boards. Expect NRE/tooling charges if you want branding or packaging customization.
