With 3 and more 4K video editors, you certainly need to look at Xeon based models such as Qnap 88X series.
The 35XeU is a backup NAS. It could cope with one or maybe 2 editors, but not more.
Also having NVMe cache/ storage options is very beneficial.
Regarding 10GbE. You can have two users per each 10GbE connection. Maybe even consider 25GbE card.
