Buying new External Storage - what type to buy

I have many 4TB and 5TB and External Esata storage ...want to put them all in 1 single storage and connect it using the USB 3.2 Gen2 10G port or Thunderbolt 4 port.
my laptop is Precision 7760 Workstation with XION cpu and 64gb ram.

want it to for storage of Photos-Video-Documents-video editing etc..

please advice ... I am looking for the QNAP TS-464 with thunderbolt ..but not released yet. the storage minimum 4 bays ... and up ..no problem if it 8 bays ..
