I just built a nas with synology 1823xs+ and 4x WD RED Pro 22tb. Each has a throughput of around 265MB/s. When configured in raid 0,5 and 6 throughput is expected. In RAID 10 throughput is ~ 500MB/s (not good) Read, 530MB/s Write (g00d). Raid 10 should give 4x read , 2x write performance, but the write is barely hitting 2x. Any thoughts?

That sounds about right. You will get a speed of around 2 drives combined. Here is a tool that could help https://wintelguy.com/raidperf.pl
