Q Finder Pro can't find the NAS

Hi,
Virgin replaced my home Hub 5 as it was faulty. This runs in modem mode as I have a couple of TP Link routers to ensure whole-house coverage. I restarted the network and everything is fine except I cannot now connect to the NAS. I have aTS-230 which was previously fine but now when I try and log on it says not on this network. I have tried a 3s reset with the reset switch on the NAS but still not on this network. I'm a bit out of my depth with this and worried as I don't want to lose any files.

You will need to check if your IP range matches. Only the last number should be different. So you may need to match this.
Also, use Synology finder app.
