Will this enclosure work with a lockerstor 6704t want to add 2 drives from the enclosure and create raid 6. Can you confirm that upgrading from raid 5 to 6 works without formatting drives?

Like you try to get the best bang for my dollars

Moving to RAID6 is only possible using an internal HDD not via USB box. You will need a dedicated expansion box from Asustor to create an additional RAID/volume.
