Vendor lost my credentials to login into Free NAS 9.1.1 How can I retrieve them or resolve this issue?

Have you tried doing a search for "forgot freenas password".  I just did and got plenty of responses and YouTube video's. Not sure I understand what you meant by saying "Vendor lost my credentials".  If someone else is maintaing your NAS they should be qualified enough to know how to recover from a forgotten password and you should have those credentials stored safely someplace for just in case, you know - maybe your vendor lost your credentials.  But then again, maybe you're trying to figure out how to get past someone elses login... Huh
