NAS advice

#1
Hi there! Thank you so much for your videos im subscribed and been watching many videos for very long time. I´m on a budget but i have about 12TB of data spread out in many external harddrives. i would love to have all in one place and hopefully able to access it remotely. It would be mainly for storage since i came to the understang that would be the safer and budget friendly option. Basically i´m planning on getting and external ssd hardrive or use one of my fastest externall hdd ones for edit on and transfer those projects to and from the NAS. But i would love to have your reccomendation on this. Thank you!

Thank you for watching our videos and reaching out for recommendations! Based on your needs, I would recommend the Synology DS420+. It is a great choice for media storage and remote access. The DS420+ has four drive bays, so you can start with two drives and add more later if needed. It supports a wide range of apps including Plex, which will allow you to stream your media to your devices. It also has great data protection features like RAID and backup options. Additionally, it has a user-friendly interface and is easy to set up. I hope this helps, and let me know if you have any further questions!
