pre-Synology DSM7 versus post-Synology DSM7 xml editing options

#1
Your instructional videos are excellent. Thank you. My installation is running perfectly (touch wood), due in large part to your cautionary tales of common mistakes to avoid. One block to enjoyment introduced with my upgrade to DSM7 Beta is that I have no accessible Plex meta database to play with. I access everything via http://ip address:32400/web, such as libraries, pms logs, but there is no plugin support metadata plugin database located anywhere! I uninstalled my windows based installation/server because it kept blocking the web server and competing wiht the remote access settings. I liked editing my photo tags via DB Browser for SQLite, but can't find any current database. It's so weird. Any suggestion you could find the time to toss my way would be very much appreciated. All the online community sources do not seem to have caught up to Synology DSM7 Beta as yet. Thank you for your time.

Yes, with DSM7 things have changed a lot. Instead of having Plex shared folder, now you have a Plex install on the backend Linux system (in a way). You can use parts of this guide to figure out a location of Plex files https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UyNEwaRv8eA
You may then change things you want once you know where all the files live.

I hope this helps.
