I have purchased the DS920+ and two Seagate Exos X16 16TB SAS 6Gb/s 3.5" 7200 RPM Enterprise HDD (ST16000NM002G) drives. I cannot get the unit to recognize the drives. Any advice?

Synology only supports SATA drives. SAS is a different kind. There is EXOS SATA and also EXOS SAS.You would need this ST16000NM001G.Or simply go for WD Red or Ironwolf options.I hope this helps.
