I'm new to NAS, purchased a UGreen 4800 plus and haven't been able in two weeks to access the UGreen app and have great difficulty connecting using my Mini Mac, often I can't connect for a day. I've checked out several FB support groups but they all assume you are already well versed on NAS which I am not. I tried the UGreen customer support but I have a feeling they are extremely understaffed. What I would really appreciate is someone that I can talk to and go over my issues, some of which are likely due to my inexperience.
