I don't know what nas to pick

I have a 1512+ I'm looking to upgrade (I don't get security updates)

I want more safety. (more redundancy hot swap? I now have 1)
I want plex to run 4k easy.
I need room to backup foto's and video's. With easy management for sorting.
I also do a little editing. Would be nice if this can be done on the nas. Not a must. 4k

I want to use home assistant.
Maby a bit of virtual machine.

I have cat 6a at home.
