Hi,
I just bought a DS1823xs+ together with 5 WD Red Pro 14TB Drives.
DSM installation is not working :-(
Is there any trick, or do I have to buy other/compatible drives?

It should work. Maybe try a single drive first. Or any other drive that you have access to just to confirm what is the issue. If it is compatibility in first place.
