Which RAID?

Hi, I LOVE your videos! Great job.

I've watched 2-3 of your videos on RAID levels and read the article and you never say which one is the best. I know you are going to ask me about my use case (home entertainment and file storage) but my question is disregarding use cases which RAID is best when you consider all factors? Which RAID do you use?

The best RAID for home environments will often be RAID1 or SHR1. It gives you the most capacity and still a decent speed.This should also help: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uhq5i6Fikk4
