Sorting photo galleries

Hi,

Can you tell me whether it is possible to set a permanent way of sorting photos for each album in the Synology photo application?

I have qnap and in QuMagic you can change the sorting method, but it is default for all albums and the main set of photos. Additionally, it does not work if the album is shared and such an album is always sorted from the newest to the oldest photos.

That's why I'm asking because it's terribly annoying.

I feel your pain! Currently, Synology's Photo application doesn't offer the option to set a permanent sorting method for each album. It's a bit of a bummer. However, don't lose hope – you can submit a suggestion form directly to Synology. They're pretty receptive to user feedback, and who knows, your input might just spark a cool feature update!
