Searching for NAS with SSD

Now using 6 yr old WD My Cloud EX2. Want to update to same size but all soldi state for long life. This NAS talks by wi-fi to all 5 Windows PC in my house (most W10 1 W 11). Used for data, files, photo storage. Desired extra feature (included in the original WS) is to be able to access data from anywhere via internet. Still want 2 drive (4 TB each) configured in RAID 0 for best data safety. Does this exist? Suggestions welcome.
