compatibility worries

I want to buy my first NAS, and i'm interested in the Seagate Ironwolf 12TB HDD's
On Amazon i can find that harddrive with model number ST12000VNZ008
The compatibility list of both Terra Master and Synology talks about model number ST12000VN0008
Are these drives interchangeable or should i be wary?

It is the same drive and it should work even if mixed.
