I just bought a DS920+ Installed and everything but the upload and download speed are super duper slow, between 5-15mb/s. My Ethernet cable is not long enough to plug it in from PC to my NAS, and i watched a bunch of tutorials following the guides and setup. Do you have a full set up tutorial from start to finish plugging all the cables and configuring Synology App?

Yes, Wifi speeds can be slow. New WiFi 6 is better, but nothing is as fast as cable. You could use 1Gbit Powerline adapter if you can not run LAN cables from your router to the computer https://amzn.to/3EoZRR5
