Expansion Slot GPU?

Hello, I'm wondering if it is possible to buy a cheaper QNAP unit with a Celeron processor, but that also has an expansion slot and then add a GPU to that slot. Will the PlexPass accelerated hardware feature take advantage of the GPU, thereby accomplishing superior transcoding without having to buy an i3+ processor?

No, not with Celeron based models.You can do it with Qnap TS-x73 models. Or maybe NUC PC with an external GPU.I hope this helps.
