I'm looking to setup my QNAP for photo management used by my wife and I. I have three user accounts setup. 1 is an admin for local only. the other 2 are user accounts for my wife and I. QuMagie on IOS requires only local access or using myqnapcloud account. The only account that has a myqnapcloud account is the admin account I created. Should I create one for each user account as well?

You don’t need to create a separate myQNAPcloud account for each user. QuickConnect or myQNAPcloud is just the discovery and connection link. Once connected, each person still logs in with their own local NAS user account and keeps their own permissions and access rights.

If you and your wife use QuMagie locally, you can both just sign in using your own NAS usernames without creating extra cloud accounts. Only if you want remote access for each user would you create additional myQNAPcloud IDs, but it’s not required for normal use.
