What are the tested/recommended memory modules for 925+?
I'm lookinf for 2 x 16GB, the frequency is 3200 as far as I know, right?

The DS925+ officially supports 8GB, but it can run 32GB quite reliably with the right modules. Synology uses DDR4 3200 in this model, so you are correct on the frequency.

The safest unofficial options that have been tested by many users are:

Crucial CT16G4SFRA32A (16GB)
Kingston KVR32S22D8/16 (16GB)

A 2 x 16GB kit from either of these lines normally works without issues. You may still get a small warning in DSM because Synology only certifies their own branded memory, but the system runs fine.
