Hi there. I have just watched the 2022 Guide to setting up my NAS and specifically I have a question about the Synology Drive programme. I have a DS218 with 2X 4TB drives installed. I have everything working well, and as instructed installed the Synology Drive fine. I have enabled all the folders on my NAS in the Team folder, which is what I want, and can see them in the Drive programme on my desktop. However, when I open the quick link on the taskbar or go to the folder view, thee in only one NAS folder link showing. The other folders on my NAS I cant see. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for reaching out! It sounds like you’re almost there with your Synology Drive setup, but that missing folder view can be a bit confusing.
What you’re seeing on the desktop app is the “Team Folder” setup, which syncs specific shared folders you’ve enabled. However, the Quick Link or the File Explorer integration usually shows only the main synced folders, not every shared folder on the NAS.
If you want to access all folders directly through your PC’s file explorer, you might want to map the NAS shared folders as network drives instead. That way, you get direct access to each folder like regular drives in Windows.
Alternatively, double-check the permissions and sharing settings on your NAS for those other folders — if they’re not shared or synced with Synology Drive, they won’t appear in the app or quick links.
