Hello
I have set 10Tt to be the second hardware in qnap using Linux in. The mentality is not public cloud but personal.
I need to know how to do it in order to get the other(2) hardware to funktion.
Please answer to me.

I recommend considering a RAID 1 configuration for your 10TB drives. This setup will provide redundancy, meaning that if one drive fails, your data will still be safe on the other. It’s a great way to protect against data loss.
If you're okay with handling backups separately, using individual drives or JBOD (Just a Bunch of Disks) is also an option. Just make sure you have a solid backup plan in place.
Since you're using QTS, take advantage of the Qsync app to easily share files across your devices using QNAP Cloud ID and their VPN service. It makes syncing and accessing your files super convenient!
