I'm considering a NAS as my Plex Server. After watching many of the videos it sounds like the QNAP TS-464 is the best one to get for many reasons. Would you concur with that assessment or would you recommend another and why?

Yes, any Celeron-based NAS will be a good plex server. It supports up to 1080p remote streaming and no limits on local streaming. If you do need 4k remote access you may better get Qnap 74 series NAS with i5 or even GPU card upgrade.
