NAS Plex media server

Yes, there is not many models with SFP+ port. But you can use this adapter in your switch to be able to connect RJ45 10Gbit https://nascompares.com/answer/10gb-t-to...converter/
Synology seem to phase out home market and multimedia users, I would not expect their future models. Qnap instead are releasing more media-friendly models.
Synology drives are simply relabeled Toshibas drives, they don't make drives nor do they have expertise how they work. They say they have their firmware, but they don't specialise in HDDs. All Toshiba there.
DS920+ is a multimedia-friendly choice. But it is too weak to transcode 4K. This feature is not necessary for local streaming though. If you do need remote 4k transcoding, keep additional small video files for that purpose or get Xeon NAS or GPU upgradable choice.
DS1522+ has 10gbe upgrade option and will cope with 4k locally.

I hope this helps.
