I would recommend looking at 10gbe or Thunderbolt enabled NAS models such as DS1621xs+ from Synology or Qnap 472XT (also 6/8 bays available).
Each editor will need around 300MB/s bandwidth for 4K editing. Also, a built-in transcoding chip on Qnap devices will allow easier project sharing remotely without affecting CPU usage much.
