Yes, you can configure every LAN port separately as a unique network. Set up manual IPs and you are ready to go. NAS can not get internet from computers connected to it.
Synology is now selling its mini 10g card. For PC you can get Asus or Realtek card. These seem to be the cheapest cards. Here are a few cheap 10gbe switches https://nascompares.com/2018/01/19/cheap...-switches/. Upgrading to CAT6a/ CAT7 cables would also help if you need to cover long distances.
SHR2 is an understandable choice where downtime is not acceptable. But as a backup solution, investing in an external drive to copy your most sensitive data is better. In case of fire/flood/burglars. SHR2 is also more understandable with 16TB drives where rebuild could take several days. This would cover you for that period of time.
