I appreciate your prompt response and the suggestions provided. Considering the critical nature of the warning messages and the persistence of issues even with a replacement disk, it might be worthwhile to try again with a brand-new Seagate IronWolf Pro 16TB. Occasionally, entire batches can have manufacturing issues, and getting a fresh unit might resolve the problems you're encountering.
