If you only plan on streaming video locally then any NAS will support this. If you also want the access while away from home, you need to look at the Celeron based models such as DS220+/ DS720+/ DS920+.
Once you connect your NAS to your broadband router you will be able to access multimedia from your TV via Plex app or DLNA. If you do not have smart TV, get a HDMI Android TV dongle.
You can also install Drive app on your computers that will allow easy access to shared folders. Or simply map a NAS drive to your computer to see it as a D: drive.
