Hi mate! So, the size of the drives you should go for is much more based on your own storage requirements. You need to work out the total existing data you have right now (not capacity, but the actual data you own) and then add 20% for each year you plan on running the system. But ALSO factor in the RAID (i.e at least 1 drive of redundancy/safety net). I provided a full review of both TOS 5 and TOS 4 on the youtube/blog and this covered a LOT of stuff, but I do plan on making dedicated TOS 5 smaller videos on specific tools very soon.
