running synology router and synology 918+ Nas. connections are intermittent some days windows and mac both work fine other days nothing. whether it's mapped drives, through web portal and sometimes mobile apps on android. I'm fairly certain it's a permission setting i'm missing somewhere. any help would be much appreciated
