Max official RAM is 16GB stick D4ECSO-2666-16G. But you can use the same RAM that is supported on21 series: RS1221RP+, RS1221+, DS1821+, DS1621xs+, DS1621+, DVA322120 series: RS820RP+, RS820+19 series: DS2419+, DS1819+, DVA321918 series: DS3018xs, DS1618+17 series: DS3617xsJust look for ECC memory.I hope this helps :
