I have a 2 bay MyCloud Mirror NAS – Model number WUBL36292418 running on 5.32.102 firmware. I installed the plex app on it awhile back and It worked fine. I am moving it to a new location and want to use it there but there seems to be a problem. Plex was confused at first as I was operating it on a different network and I also did not want to run it on my original userid. I deleted the app from the NAS and re-installed it using a different user id on the Plex website. After installing the Plex app, and then trying to configure it, I can’t get Plex to discover the media on my NAS. When I try to sync my media, Plex tells me to download the media server. I even tried that – downloading the media server and installing it but I still cant sync my media. Can you help?
