In Storage Manager, remove the SSD cache from the volume. Let DSM finish the removal step before touching the hardware.
After the cache is fully detached, shut the NAS down and reseat or replace the SSD if you want to rule out a loose connection.
Power the NAS back on and create a new cache group from scratch.
Once created, reassign it to the volume.
This clears the warning and rebuilds the cache metadata cleanly. Your SHR array is not affected because SSD cache is optional and does not store user data.
