For drives you do not need to overspend. RAID five with four bays works best with either four times twelve terabytes or four times sixteen terabytes depending on your budget. Twelve terabytes usually gives the best price per terabyte right now. Seagate IronWolf and WD Red Plus are both fine choices. You only need to consider enterprise models like EXOS if the NAS will run very heavy workloads. For home use the standard NAS drives are perfect.

And yes, you can link UGOS Pro to your own domain using the built in DDNS feature or by pointing an external domain to your public IP, then creating the appropriate port forward.
