I already have a Beelink SER8 with Proxmox as my main server
But I want to add to my setup a DIY media server/NAS/NVR that allows me to eventually be extended, support 2-3 4k local streams, apps like Jellyfin, Immich, Arr stack, and maybe a Coral TPU for something like an NVR (maybe 6 cameras with frigate), searching for low power consumption (as possible).
I thought initially of 4 disks to save my family photos, documents, the camera videos, and the series/movies downloaded with the arr stack, but hopefully to be adding more disks. I know this sounds super future-proofing, but my idea is not to spend on a new server in a couple of years.
What do you suggest me to build?
