I gave up on this for a while, but decided to fight it a little more recently. I am a novice at networking outside of a LAN, so if anything I say sounds dumb, I apologize in advance.
Looks like my issue maybe is that I am Double-NATed by my ISP using CGNAT. My router's WAN address is 100.64.X.X-something. So any Port Forwarding I do on my home Router won't help me get around the port-blocking my ISP has set up. From what I remember, they charge quite a lot extra for a static IP, so I don't think I want to go that route with the Reverse Proxy.
One of the remote devices I want to access my Jellyfin server from is a Roku device which won't support a Peer-to-Peer VPN like Tailscale. Not to mention I'd have to probably turn off my Proton VPN on my Phone/Tablet if I wanted to use those remotely on some Hotel or Hospital wifi with Tailscale (Doubt they would play nice together).
