Ecc ram advice

#2
Unfortunately, the Intel® Core™ i5-12400 processor does not support ECC (Error-Correcting Code) memory. While the 12th Gen Intel Core processors themselves can technically support ECC, this feature is only available on specific chipsets like the Intel® W680, which is typically used in workstation motherboards.

Since the i5-12400 is paired with a more standard chipset, it won’t work with ECC memory, even if you install it in your system. To use ECC, you would need to look into either a different processor or a motherboard that explicitly supports ECC functionality.
