Hello,
I would like to begin by introducing myself as a newbie to the NAS world.
I have been paying close attention to your YouTube channel for a while because of this.
I have been looking at ready-made NAS systems, however, have as you also have indicated found them a bit expensive and some time a bit limiting.
This leads me to the point where I would like your advice, regarding the motherboard for a NAS build.
I have seen the board with 6 Sata ports you sort of are recommending, however, the PC tower intended for the NAS build has 10 bays for hard drives.
After a bit of looking around I have found this motherboard 10 Sata;

The primary query is if the board is too old, the CPU is too old, or a graphic card is required.
TrueNAS core will be used.
More info can be given about use.
Best regards,
Thomas
