The error message “Qsync is not enabled” typically means the Qsync Central app hasn’t been installed or activated on your NAS. Here’s a quick guide to help you get around this issue:

Steps to Enable Qsync:
Install Qsync Central:

Log into your QNAP NAS via the QTS interface.
Go to App Center and search for Qsync Central.
Install the Qsync Central app if it’s not already installed.
Enable Qsync:

Once installed, launch the Qsync Central app from the main menu.
Follow the setup wizard to configure your Qsync folder and enable it.
After Qsync is enabled, you can access it from your Qsync clients (on your PC or mobile device).
Qsync Client Setup:

Download and install the Qsync Client on your PC or Mac.
Open the client, enter your NAS credentials, and you should now be able to sync files between your NAS and devices without the “Qsync is not enabled” error.
