It looks like you’ve done most of the steps right, but there’s a bit more to get the extra space. Since you've replaced one of the 10TB drives with an 18TB, you’ll need to replace the second 10TB drive as well to fully utilize the new capacity.

Once you’ve swapped out the second drive, you’ll need to go into the volume settings on your Synology. After the new drive is recognized and the RAID rebuilds, head over to Storage Manager > Volume and manually increase the volume size to take advantage of the additional space.
