Mapping drives

#2
I'm glad to hear that you found the videos helpful! It seems like you are facing an issue with mapping drives on your QNAP TS 264 NAS. To resolve this, you can try the following steps: Instead of using the QNAP Finder, directly open the File Explorer on your Windows 11 PC. Then, click on "This PC" and select "Map network drive" from the top menu. In the following window, choose a drive letter and enter the path to your NAS, which should be in the format "\NAS-IP-Address\Share-Folder-Name". Check the "Connect using different credentials" box if needed, and then enter your NAS login credentials. Click "Finish" to map the drive successfully. This should enable you to access your NAS files via File Explorer.
