TS-462 white connectors on board

While the official documentation and available resources might not mention these connectors, it is possible that they are indeed power connectors for fans. Although they may not resemble the typical fan connectors found on regular PC motherboards, it's plausible that QNAP has designed the TS-462 with specific connectors for fan power purposes. This would suggest that they could be utilized for active SSD heatsinks or other cooling solutions. While further information may be scarce, it is reasonable to assume that these connectors serve the purpose of providing power to fans for efficient cooling within the NAS unit.

Hi Ed!

Thanks for  getting back to me on this thread.

I (barely) managed to read what the connectors have written under them, without taking the NAS apart to void my warranty.
It seems that bot connectors are marked as "Debug", which is the first time I see something like that in multiple iterations on the same board. Although, these connectors are located near the RAM modules (small) and near an SSD (large 5-pin).

So... I'm taking a wild guess here, that they're used by technicians when they need to run diagnostics on different parts of the board.
Mystery solved... I guess...  Confused  .
