To change the IP address of your QNAP NAS from DHCP to a static IP address, you can follow these steps:
Open QTS and log in to your QNAP NAS as an administrator.
Click "Control Panel" > "Network & File Services" > "Network" > "TCP/IP".
Click the drop-down menu next to "IP Configuration" and select "Static IP".
Enter the desired static IP address, subnet mask, and default gateway.
Click "Apply" to save the changes.
Note that after changing the IP address, you may need to restart your QNAP NAS and any devices connected to it for the changes to take effect.
