QuMagie hack

#2
QuMagie is an AI-based photo management and organization tool developed by QNAP. It uses advanced algorithms to analyze and group your photos based on image content, allowing you to easily find and organize your photos. One of the features of QuMagie is the ability to recognize and group faces in your photos, based on facial recognition.

To configure QuMagie to process multiple names for the same person, you can create a "Face Group" for that person, and add all of the different names associated with that person to the group.

To do this:

Open QuMagie and go to the "Face" tab.
Click the "+" button to create a new face group.
Name the group with the person's most common name or nickname.
Select the photos that you want to include in the group by clicking on the person's face.
Click on the "Add to Group" button, and select the new group you just created.
Repeat steps 3-5 for all the different names associated with the person.
This way, QuMagie will group all the photos of that person together, regardless of the name that is associated with them in the photo.

Additionally, you can also use the "Rename" button to change the name of a person across all the photos that are associated with them.

Keep in mind that QuMagie is an AI-based tool, so it may not always recognize the same person across different photos or with different names. However, it should improve over time as it processes more photos and learns to recognize the person more accurately.
