The TVS-h874 and TVS-h674 are both high-performance NAS devices that are powered by Intel Core processors. The TVS-h874 has a more powerful processor (an 8th generation Intel Core i5) compared to the TVS-h674 (which has a 7th generation Intel Core i5). The TVS-h874 also has more storage capacity, with 8 drive bays compared to the TVS-h674's 6 drive bays.
This is the best NAS we have tested. It should handle h264/265.
I can see people upgrading CPU, but Qnap offers also i7 model.
