Synology DS920+ RAM Upgrade Issue?

After watching and reading numerous posts here, I purchased a DS920+ for my Plex server. I had gotten about 5 docker containers setup for VPN's, Sonarr, etc. as well as the native app installation for Plex. Since the memory usage was getting fairly high without a high load on the system just yet, I bought a 16GB RAM module that was recommended in one of the channel's articles. After installing the RAM module, my DS920+ no longer boots up properly and the power button just flashes. If the RAM module is removed, things go back to normal. Am I just not able to use a 16GB RAM module?

Before you upgrade, make sure you have the latest DSM.If it still doesn't work, RAM sticks might be faulty or not compatible - we recommend Crucial RAM.I hope this helps.
