How many drives?

I'm trying to determine number of disk vs. performance for Raid 6. How many disks do I need to get over 800MB/sec sequential read over a 10GB link.

Is there a chart showing disk vs. read/write speeds?

I like the DS18X servers for potential growth.

You would need at least a 6 bay like DS1621+, but preferably an 8bay such as DS1821+ (or XS model).Otherwise, you would need to focus on SSD as a storage or even Qnap with NVMe.I hope this helps.
