I am in the market for a new WiFi arrangement and a NAS. Currently, I have no NAS at all, but I am planning for a Plex r Jellyfin system because I want to implement a media server with a handy GUI. I like physical media that I own, which at this point is about 400 movie discs, of which probably 1/3 are 4K UHD, the rest a mixture of BD and DVD. Also, about 500 to 600 CD (audio only). I understand that running Jellyfin will likely require a Docker solution, which I am happy to learn about. I was considering Synology, QNAP, and UGREEN. Do you have a recommendation? I was thinking of a 2-bay solution. Is it advisable to think about a 4-bay NAS? ForWiFi, I currently have a WiFi 5 mesh sysyem from Plume. Considering a WiFi 7 system from Unifi. I would like to avoid a subscription model. Perhaps a Ubiquiti Dream Router 7? Does it matter which I install first, new WiFi or NAS? TIA!
