Do you happen to have a video involving the above subj line? I am having trouble matching up the Front Panel wiring and the HD Audio connector. The Jonsbo front panel manual shows 9 wires, but it only came with 4 wires in the 10 pin connector. The B760 only has 8 pins in the motherboard, although it shows a 10 pin connector in their manual.
I do not believe that I will be able to use the HD Audio connection since I do not see anything even close to the pin configuration. Since it is probably only for headphones, I won't need it anyway.

You’re absolutely right that the HD Audio connection is just for the front headphone/mic jack. Since you’re running this as a NAS, it’s perfectly fine to just leave that unplugged — the board likely doesn’t even have a proper HD Audio header, as it’s not really designed for desktop audio use.
For the front panel power/reset/LEDs, the 8-pin header on the B760 board actually matches a standard ATX front panel pinout — it just leaves out the two unused pins that would make it physically a 10-pin block. The four wires that came preinstalled in the Jonsbo’s connector (usually PWR_SW, RESET_SW, PWR_LED+, PWR_LED-) are really all you need. You can ignore the other wires shown in the Jonsbo diagram if they aren’t actually present on your case.
So to sum up:
• Power button, reset button, and power LED: connect to the 8-pin F_PANEL header on the motherboard as per standard ATX pinout.
• HD Audio: leave unplugged. Nothing critical.
• HDD activity LED: if your case didn’t come with this wire, you won’t have that indicator — optional.
